Security Requirement: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Tier 2 (Moderate Risk) Background Investigation.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program / Project Manager to lead enterprise application development, modernization, and operations initiatives within a Microsoft-centric environment. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, delivery management, and cross-functional technical teams while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with Government quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk management plans.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, quality, and overall program performance.
• Coordinate technical teams, Government stakeholders, and third-party partners.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Oversee software development lifecycle activities including planning, testing, deployment, and release management.
• Develop project documentation, technical work plans, and weekly status reports.
• Facilitate recurring meetings and executive briefings.
• Ensure compliance with Government standards and Agile delivery practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of IT project/program management experience.
• Experience leading Agile software development projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP and/or Scrum Master certification.
• Experience supporting Federal Government IT programs.
• Microsoft 365, Azure, or Power Platform experience.
